If you’ve ever dreamed of mingling with movie stars, rubbing elbows with world leaders or having your face immortalized on the side of a mountain? This totally fun, simple software program lets you create hilarious ‘fantasy’ pictures featuring the faces of you and your friends.

The answer is  software.  I know there are quite a few ways to do it.  Paint Shop Adobe or any number of other paint programs.  However I only know of one program that makes this its sole purpose in life.  So for the novice I highly recommend Arc Soft Funhouse 2000- Full Body Make Overs - (formerly Arc Soft Photo Fantasy)  A definite must have at less than $30.00 with shipping.

What makes this program great is that you can import any picture format into it. So it doesn't matter if you have a BMP, JPG, MAC or GIF and a number of others. 

The program comes packed with over 150 cool background templates to get you started and includes tools for creating your own custom templates from scanned magazine covers or downloaded celebrity snapshots.

First you will need a picture of yourself to use.  A good face on shot with your hair pulled back is perfect.  You may want to take a few shots each with different make up styles.

So if you are surfing the net and find a picture you like, just right click you mouse and save the picture to your hard drive. Like this picture of Suzanne Summers.

Open the Arc Soft Funhouse software.

click on the "Get Fantasy" button, tell it where you saved that picture to and it will bring it into the program.

Using the tools in the program shade in the area you want your face to be placed

Now the program will take you to select the face you want to place in the shaded area. You can save several faces with differing makeup and angles which can be used for the right effect.

Select your Picture that you want to place on the body

Using the Simple Tools provided Resize and Align the new face

Finally adjust the color and shading till you are satisfied

 Remember you are Limited only by your Imagination
